Please note the pre-submission conference call outlined in Section 1.5 of the bid document. The conference call will be held on April 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Although conference call attendance is optional, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend to hear the explanations and ask questions about the State of Illinois registration requirements. Please have the solicitation document available for reference purposes. Preferences in favor of resident bidders, recycled supplies, and environmentally preferred supplies may apply. See Section 2.2.3 of the IFB document.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
