Seating Concepts is being awarded Section A. The low bidder for Section A was rejected due to not meeting specifications. Section F is not being awarded as it was determined that specifications for this section were insufficient. The department will re-evaluate this section and determine how it will proceed.

Under Specifications:

1. Section C in the Finish and Placement Schedule: Line item #5 under "Furn/Fabric Code" should read: LCI-C6/F5 instead of LCI-C6/F7.

2. Section D in the Finish and Placement Schedule: Line item #3 under "Model" should read #582 instead of #562.

Under Pricing:

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
