The Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services (CITES) Office of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is seeking proposals to acquire secondary Internet Access Services in the range of 100 Mbps with a growth capacity to at least 350 Mbps. The purpose of this contract is to load balance between two providers as well as to provide redundancy should the primary service experience technical or volume difficulties.
