There was one responsive vendor to this IFB, KES PROTECHS CO. This vendor was not identified as a certified VBP vendor.
The State Purchasing Officer for this procurement is now Bridget McHatton.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

Amendment 3 has been posted to extend the bid opening date to April 28, 2020. Additionally, in response to COVID-19, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is accepting electronic bidding submissions. As such, we have amended Section 1.6 of this bid to include e-bidding instructions. The University will continue to maintain and follow all Illinois Procurement Code Regulations and Rules. Any submissions received after the identified due date & time, will not be accepted or evaluated.

The University of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide semi-annual and additional, as indicated, cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, filters, interior and exterior ductwork and fans as per the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations (NFPA 96).
