The University awarded a contract for the purchase of a Flow Probe to Protasis Corporation, Marlborough, MA, for $219,175.75.
Purchase a Capillary NMR flowprobe for 600 MHz Varian NMR system with 10 microliter flowcell and 75 micron I.D. and 1/32" O.D. Teflon FEP transfer tubing. Proton and carbon channels with deuterium lock and z-directed gradient. Manual syringe injector for sample loading. Signal-to-noise performance of 30:1 or better (single scan) acquired using a 10 mM sucrose reference standard. VT control from 0 -50 Â°C. Proton 90Â° pulse width â¤ 5 Î¼s
