NOTE: The Purchasing Office will be relocating. All responses to this proposal shall be submitted to: University of Illinois Purchasing Division, ATTN: Bid Desk, 212 Illini Plaza, 1817 South Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820 AFTER 7/20/2011, as outlined in the attached request for proposal.

Submit 1 original and three copies of your technical proposal and 1 original and 1 copy of your pricing proposal copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
