The purpose of this request for proposal is to secure the services of a qualified organization to perform the student recruitment function for the University of Illinois Global Campus. For the purposes of this RFP, the student recruitment function is defined as the activities required to contact prospective students upon receipt of an initial lead and counsel them until a complete admissions file is ready for final review by Global Campus staff. We recognize that some business models may involve the provision of more than just these services. As a result, we invite proposals that also include marketing, retention, financial aid counseling, help desk, and other such services that bidders feel are relevant to the student recruitment function for the University of Illinois Global Campus.
