The University is seeking a qualified candidate(s) to serve as financial advisor to the University on anticipated financings over the next three to five years and to assist with the ongoing needs in financial matters related to the University's debt and capital structure. During this period, the University anticipates issuing revenue bonds for its Auxiliary Facilities System (AFS) and its Health Services Facilities System (HSFS) and Certificates of Participation (COPs) to fund various needs including utility infrastructure and research facilities. In addition, the University may refinance outstanding revenue bonds and COPs, as market conditions so warrant. The University could potentially issue from $100 million up to $500 million for all of these purposes over the course of the engagement. The objective of this RFP is to obtain competent and objective advice to assist the University in debt issuance planning, financial analysis and capital project acquisition.
