The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the School of Architecture – Building Research Council is seeking Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to serve as consulting architect to meet the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's (DCEO) needs with its Energy Efficient Affordable Housing Construction Program (EEAHCP) and its Residential Energy Efficiency Program (Residential Retrofit).

Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
