The University awarded a contract for entertainment performaces.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which the opportunity to obtain an entertainment performance was available for a limited time.
Prior to FY12, The Assembly Hall performance entertainment acts were submitted to the Bulletin under on-going events. As of FY12 performance entertainment acts are subject to the sole source process. The acts listed are not able to be processed as a sole source due to the timing of the events. Future events will be processed as a sole source.
