A Microsoft Word version of the RFP document has been attached to the RFP notice for vendor use in responding to this solicitation. Also, Section 1, paragraph 1.3, vendor question 3 has been modified, in the Word version, to replace the second instance of "Higher Education Financings" with "Health Care Financings" for Number of Revenue Bond Issues.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (â??the Universityâ??) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (â??Proposersâ??) to provide Financial Advisory services for the Universityâ??s anticipated financings between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2020, with the option to renew for two additional twenty-four month periods thereafter at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. The provider(s) will also assist with the ongoing needs in financial matters related to the Universityâ??s debt and capital structure. The University may select multiple advisors, when their specialties, in aggregate, meet the needs of the University. The University will assign work as it deems necessary to the firm or firms best suited to fulfill the Universityâ??s needs based on the firms familiarity with the issue, specialty, and availability.
