The University of Illinois, consisting of three campuses with locations in Chicago, Springfield, and Urbana-Champaign that collectively comprise the University, seeks to retain a qualified firm to provide consulting services on a 10-12 month project that will culminate in a comprehensive university-wide strategic plan that affirms and articulates the University’s collective values, vision and mission, with an emphasis on student centered academics and research and on the value provided to the State of Illinois and the enhancement of the lives of its citizens and economy.

Submit One (1) original and four (4) copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
