The University has identified a need for outside legal counsel to provide advice and services concerning labor and employment issues. It is the intention of the University to establish a list of approved vendors by awarding contracts to as many Proposers as necessary to ensure the University of Illinois Office of Legal Counsel maintains flexibility in procuring specialized expertise concerning employment law and counseling, employee relations and workplace issues, employee benefits and executive compensation, immigration and collective bargaining. There is no guarantee of minimum utilization or expenditure with any successful Proposer during the Contract period.
