The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a successful Production Medicine Rotation where students experience the key concepts that cannot be achieved in a classroom setting to ensure they are receiving a broad and well rounded food animal experience. This rotation will allow students to experience the reality of a production animal experience as seen in an actual practice setting. The faculty and associate veterinarians that participate in this rotation are intimately involved in all phases of the practice of veterinary medicine in a production animal environment. The expectation of the University is a rotation with a minimum of ten (10) students and a maximum of sixteen (16) students per rotation not to exceed two (2) rotations per contract year.
