The total operational life-cycle cost, including equipment, maintenance, and supplies, as used for the basis of award. Xerox Corporation proposed firm volume based five-year maintenance/supply pricing as requested in the proposal. We did receive a proposal where the respondent took exception to specifications, tems, and conditions to which the University could not agree.

This request for proposal is for outright purchase or lease-purchase (installment purchase) of five high-speed, monochrome, digital production printers for the Facilities and Services Printing Department. The equipment will be located in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Availablity and timeliness of service, as well as, other factors will be considered in the proposal analysis.
