The Illinois Fire Service Institute (IFSI} is seeking proposals for two (2) computerized driving simulators mounted in a trailer up to 40' in length. This unit must be self-contained and capable of operating independent of any outside power or support. The Fire Apparatus Simulation System should include a custom built Enclosed Gooseneck Trailer with climate control. The unit will be towed by a Ford F-series Super Duty dual rear wheel pickup truck powered by a diesel with approximately 400 horsepower. The system shall be utilized in the delivery of Fire Apparatus Driver Training throughout the State of Illinois.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
