Invitation for Bid: Printing and Binding Services for Krannert Center
Seven vendor proposals were submitted in response to this bid. Two of those were disqualified as both non-responsible and non-responsive. The remaining five were disqualified as non-responsible because the required BEP Utilization Plan was either absent altogether, or was improperly completed.
The University intends to post a new Invitation For Bid (1EJB1903) to meet this documented need.
Amendment 2 (A2) clarifies specifications and answers technical questions submitted by interested parties.
The Pre-Submission Conference Call date has been changed to April 11, 2018.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
