The University seeks a vendor to furnish dry ice to be delivered to various locations on the Urbana-Champaign campus, for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with four (4) additional one-year renewal options.

PLEASE NOTE: A pre-submission conference call will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 9:30am Central Daylight Time. While attendance is not mandatory, it is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to ensure that potential vendors have a full understanding of bid submission requirements. See bid document for call in information.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
