The University awarded a contract for online access to digital images to Artstor Incorporated, New York, NY, for an estimated $305,000.
Online access to digital images offered by ARTstor for the subscription period January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016 will allow continued access for current subscribers as well as new subscribers to these materials.
The University has determined that this purchase is only economically available from this source because the online access to the content of the digital library of images is only available from this vendor.
