The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is requesting bids for an indoor LED Video Display to be installed at the University of Illinois Armory Track & Floor for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA). Requirements include removal of existing structure, delivery and installation of new video display with design and construction of new structural support required to mount video display, onsite set-up and training, and a 5-year full parts & labor maintenance agreement.
Preferences in favor of resident bidders, recycled supplies, and environmentally preferable supplies may apply. See sec. 2.2.3 of the IFB.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
