Prior to FY12, The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts performance entertainment acts were submitted to the Bulletin under on-going events. As of FY12 performance entertainment acts are subject to the sole source process. The acts listed are not able to be processed as a sole source due to the timing of the events. Future events will be processed as a sole source.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
First published Tuesday, August 30, 2011
The University awarded a contract for Entertainment Performances.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which all responses to a competitive sealed bid or proposal were unreasonable, noncompetitive or the price exceeded available funds. Time or other circumstances did not permit the delay required to re-solicit bids or proposals.
This emergency purchase was required due to situations in which the opportunity to obtain entertainment performance was available for a limited time and would cause a loss in services as the events are advertised and tickets sold well in advance of the event.
