The University is seeking proposals for an integrated electronic techonolgy commercialization system to replace the existing Inteum product DEALS Db system on the Chicago campus and the existing internally developed FIleMaker Pro system on the Urbana-Champaign campus. The University is seeking an existing product with proven abilities to facilitate tracking technology disclosures, manage intellectual property, store and track agreements, and assist in the marketing of technologies.
