The University is seeking proposals to design, fabricate and install a museum quality memorial piece of art that reflects the life and work of Carl Woese.
Please note that there will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on October 17, 2013 at 11:00 AM CST. Further information is on page 4 of the document.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
