The Krannert Center is partnering with SITI Company for a Doris Duke Foundation grant-supported project to design a series of meetings and activities with four target audiences (English as a Second Language Families from Leal Elementary School, Young Professionals 25-40 years old who have not attended performances at Krannert Center, first generation U of I students, and African American members of a faith-based community) leading to a performative community event and evaluation/follow-up in the final year.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
