The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the department Illinois Public Media located at 300 North Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61801 seeks to purchase an audio delivery and automation system designed for radio stations that can facilitate multiple on air and online streams, provide interfaces in 6 studios as well as a Master Control area. Please note the optional conference call to discuss State Registration Requirements scheduled for December 16, 2014 at 10:30am, local time. Please see section A.5 for additional information.

Submit 3 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
