The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the Krannert Art Museum located in Champaign-Urbana is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for various ongoing publications such as newsletters, catalogue, show exhibit design labels, brochures, journal/magazine ads. There will be an optional vendor conference call to discuss State Registration requirements on April 14, 2015 at 10:30 am local time. Please see section 1.5 for additional information.

Submit 3 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
