Amendment 3 is to revise a bid specification, add an electrical requirement and to attach the sign in sheet from the additional walk through held on May 7, 2015.
Amendment 2 is to answer vendor(s) questions form the mandatory pre-bid meeting held on April 30, 2015. There will also be an additonal walk through at the Krannert Center for those vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 30, 2015 to gather information regarding the required electrical work. Please see the amendment 2 document for the time and location of this walk through.

The Krannert Center at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign located at 500 South Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, Illinois is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, install, test and place in operation the necessary equipment for a complete lighting system installation along of the removal and disposal of existing lightning system equipment.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
