The SPO has cancelled this solicitation in part in accordance with section 4.2040(b) of the CPO’s rules. Specifically, the SPO has determined that it is in the best interest of the State to cancel this solicitation as to the requirement for “lime (Vulcan materials in Urbana)” because the specification was ambiguous or otherwise inadequate as explained in the attached determination. The award is made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as to the grand total of all other items.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
