The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

The University awarded a contract for liaison services for China Training program to LilyShine Corp/China Executive Training Programs, Champaign, IL, for an estimated $300,000.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the vendor has the ability to work with Chinese entities to assist in their decision making process, through a combination of familiarity with local procedures, cultural customs, laws, as well as, the ability to maintain compliance with the University of Illinois regulations.
