The bids were evaluated on a line-by-line and section-by-section basis. Awards were made by line item or by section to the lowest cost bidder. These bid items are ordered on an annual basis for stock in the Memorial Stadium athletic training room for all 18 DIA sports. This bid included one one-year option to renew. Renewals will be based on a continuing need, availability of funds, documented manufacturer's increase, and informal cost comparisons of comparable providers.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

for items to be used primarily for sports medicine and training application for athletes. These items will be used for the school year 2005-2006 in all 18 Divisions of Intercollegiate Athletics sports.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
