The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has an on-going requirement for meat. Contracts forthese services will be awarded from time to time.
Meat products will be used to feed students in the Residence Halls and for Catering Services. Products will be purchased from weekly fax proposals based on spot market pricing at the time of purchase.
