The Univeristy of Illlinois at Urbana-Champaign has an ongoing requirement for fresh proudce. Fresh produce will be used to feed students in the residence halls and by Catering Services. Produce will be purchased from weekly fax proposals based on spot market pricing at the time of the purchase.
