The following awards are for assorted papers for use by the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) member schools. T This renewal was based on the manufacturers' documented price increase and comparison with the Producers Price Index for May 2004 to May 2005 which shows an increase of 10.1% for paper and allied products. The papers include color paper, photocopy paper, various printing paper, rag bond letterhead paper, quality photo paper, production laser paper, and 100% recycled paper.

Group I: Recycled Offset Paper & Super Bright Colors (Unisource)Renewal option was taken at an average 4.6% increase for FY06 with vendor submitting manufacturer's price increase.
