The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of its Crop Sciences Department, is seeking a 2010 or newer Class V Combine Harvester to be delivered to the University of Illinois Northwestern Research Center in Monmouth, IL. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss State Requirements will be held via Conference Call on March 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM CT.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
