The University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine seeks to procure software which will function as an Electronic Health Information System (HIS). An optional Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss State Requirements will be held via Conference Call on November 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM CT. Please see section 1.5 for additional information. Preferences in favor of resident bidders may apply. Please see section 2.2.3 of the RFP.
