Invitation for Bid: Microsoft Desktop Platform Enterprise Software
This solicitation will be cancelled in accordance with the Higher Education Standard Procurement Rules (44 ILAC 4.2040(C)), "proposed amendments to the solicitation would be of such magnitude that a new solicitation is desirable". Once the IFB has been re-configured, a new Invitation for Bid will be posted within the next calendar year.

The University seeks a subscription agreement through Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) for various Microsoft Enterprise software licenses for use by its faculty, staff and students, including server and desktop platforms for Office Professional, Windows, and Client Access License suites as detailed in the attached specification documents. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss State Requirements will be held via Conference Call on January 8, 2018 at 10:00 AM CT. Please see section 1.5 for additional information. Preferences in favor of resident bidders, recycled supplies, and environmentally preferable supplies may apply. Please see section 2.2.3 of the IFB.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
