The University awarded a contract for CIRI Collaboration and Outreach Portal.
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is purchasing a cloud-based infrastructure where end users can learn about and use CIRI products; share information, best practices and data; and create a critical infrastructure community.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
