The University of Illinois Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory seeks to procure software which will function as a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to manage electronic laboratory diagnostic data, diagnostic reports, manage and track laboratory samples, manage diagnostic workflow lists and workflows to its zoo path program and satellite clinical pathology laboratory, and instrumentation, facilitate client communication, and report and analyze laboratory operations.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 3 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
