Due to the increased number of users the University will be exercising it's option to convert from a per user license fee to a Urbana Site license. With this change we will also procure three additional SW modules to enhance the current system. The modules and site license were both provided in the original RFP. The University will receive credit for all current licenses and maintenance in the conversion to a site license. The University is receiving an additional 30% discount off of the cost of conversion and new modules over what was quoted in the original RFP.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

Submit 10 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
