This solicitation will not be awarded based on the Administrative Rules Section 4.2040 "all otherwise acceptable bids or proposals received are at clearly unreasonable prices." A new solicitation may be put out at a later date.
Amendment 3: The bid opening date has been changed to May 12, 2015, 2:00 p.m. Local Time.
Amendment 2: This amendment has been posted to answer vendor questions and to update Section 5.8.1. Please see attachment Amendment 2 for further detail.
Amendment 1: The last date for vendor questions has been extended to 5/1/15.

The Illinois State Water Survey (ISWS) at the University of Illinois is seeking a licensed water well drilling contractor to drill and install two (2) 6-inch diameter deep observation wells in Kendall County Illinois as part of the Water Supply Planning Project.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
