University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is interested in gathering information about services whereby a skilled, professional photographer would offer photographic products to Police Training Institute (PTI) class participants, their friends and families. The successful respondent will be required to provide the following products and services: 1) acceptance of class participant's digital photographs during the duration of each three-month class for compilation onto a medium such as a CD or DVD, 2) individual and group photo shoots of each class, 3) provide for sale various photographs taken at the graduation event, and 4) provide for each of the four graduation ceremonies a PowerPoint slide presentation of individual class participants.

This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
