for underwriting services.

The Board is seeking qualified candidates to serve as senior managing underwriters and/or co-managing underwriters on the University's anticipated financings over the next three to five years. The objective of this RFP is to select three or four firms to serve as rotating senior managers on the University's negotiated financings and to establish a pool of co-managing underwriters for additional sales support on these financings. In addition to underwriting, the University may turn to its selected senior managers and co-managers to structure, evaluate, or bid upon interest rate swaps or other derivatives that the University may use in conjunction with new financings or its outstanding debt.

Due to the complexity of the document, it is not available for download.

Information regarding cost and the respondent's demonstrated ability to distribute debt at competitive interest rates as well as other information is requested.
