for a fixed income endowment funds manager.

The University of Illinois is seeking an investment manager with demonstrable capability managing fixed income portfolios in a core plus style. The size of this mandate will be approximately $50 million. All types of managers, bank trust departments, insurance companies, and 1940-Act Registered Investment Advisors will be given consideration. Candidates with a "deep bench" and team approach to portfolio management are being sought. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have the requisite research and portfolio-management resources to successfully manage core plus fixed income assignments. Organizations classified as minority or emerging investment management firms are strongly encouraged to participate in this request for proposal.
