The award was based on the selection criteria indicated in the Request for Proposal. This award is for assistance in implementing the previously developed plan. The University reserves the right to make a substantial award to one of the other respondents for enhancement services if needed. Renewals will be based on a continuing need, availability of funds, and reasonableness of price adjustments using the Consumer Price Index as an economic indicator.

for enhancement and implementation of a marketing strategy/plan.

The College of Business Executive Education group seeks to increase public awareness and preference for The Executive MBA Program (and other potential executive education Chicago-based programs) through the enhancement and implementation of its marketing strategy/plan and supporting marketing components. Some of the services that may be required are: development and refinement of branding and identity (with data supplied by outside marketing research firm); program collateral strategy; media placement/communication/advertisement strategy; web and email strategy and implementation;direct mail; corporate outreach; alumni outreach; and coordination/project management across marketing activities/strategy.

The College of Business reserves the right to make up to three awards for the above mentioned services. One award will be made to a firm for all the services with an emphasis on development of branding and strategy. Up to two additional awards will be made to firms for the media placements and implementation of the developed plan.

Information including areas of experience and expertise of the firm and individuals to provide the services, references and financials as well as other information is requested in the RFP.(Submitted by Kathe Shinham, State Purchasing Officer.)
