The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) has been in the process of developing a five-year strategic plan ("NCSA 2010") that outlines a new technology and operational vision for NCSA in the development and deployment of a national cyberinfrastructure that will enable scientific and engineering communities to access and use the full power of the nation's cyberinfrastructure to address cutting edge research problems.

NCSA is now seeking consulting services to provide an implementation plan, oversight, and direction for a highly technical strategic plan.

Information regarding experience, ability to provide resources in a timely manner, rates, references, as well as other information is requested.(Submitted by Kathe Shinham, State Purchasing Officer.)
