The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional real estate advisory services related to the mixed use development of a 160-acre tract of University of Illinois land. The services required will include but not be limited to the review, analysis, assessment, and valuation of four Master Development Plans in such areas as: evaluating market and financial feasibility, highest and best use of land, consistency with University's land use vision, and valuation of development plans. Further, services will include ongoing negotiations and decision support to the selection committee and University staff of the ground lease and development agreements.
