The University has implemented an institution-wide, standard, integrated and automated Purchasing and Accounts Payable system that relies on the use of imaged invoices from vendors, for all three campuses.
The successful respondent will be expected to provide the necessary staffing and supervision to accept documents from the US Mail Post Office box address, open, destaple, detag, prepare for scanning, index, scan, digitize, permanently store on high capacity media, and Quality Assure up to 2,500 accounts payable documents daily, and to perform all other requirements as described in this proposal beginning approximately July 2007. Additionally, the successful respondent will provide storage for the paper invoices as well as storage for other University documents.
