The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the Global Campus is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide financial aid processing, lead definition and electronic billing, and collection of payments. Because of the complexities associated with online campuses verse traditional campuses and the potential for quick growth, the Global Campus has chosen to request proposals for the outsourcing of financial aid processing (both front office and back office), explore the option of outsourcing lead generation and initial prospect contact, and electronic billing and collection of payment. Details of the Global Campus requirements are contained in the attached RFP document.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will be at the University of Illinois-Chicago, 1800 Student Services Building, 1200 W. Harrison St., Chicago, IL 60607 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Tuesday, April 24, 2007. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a forum to clarify any items in the Request for Proposal. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective proposers who plan to attend the conference must respond to Tom Nation, Senior Purchasing Officer, by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (217-333-3584) on or before Friday, April 20, 2007 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of 2 representatives from each firm may attend.
