The University is seeking information from management firms regarding services available to handle the day-to-day operations of the University owned and operated Willard Airport. It is anticipated that a management firm should be able to manage, in the most efficient and profitable manner, all aspects of the facility operations such as grounds keeping, custodial and maintenance services, security, parking, etc., in accordance with the highest generally accepted standards of the industry and in the best interest of the University.
The RFI document requests information regarding services that your company can provide, a brief description of each service, and how they may be combined as well as experience, references and other information.
If the information received from responses is deemed favorable, the University may elect to move forward with a request for proposal in order to formally select the most qualified management company(ies) with which to contract for the desired services.
