The University of Illinois is soliciting proposals for the production of 20 to 60 hours of original programming pertaining to the University of Illinois for Big Ten Network content. This programming can consist of production of a series or stand alone productions. Thirty to sixty minute show increments are preferred. Programming must focus on non-athletic activities, including academics, awards, charitable services, campus activities, lectures, performances, profiles of faculty members, student alumni news and features and other school events and activities. Production topics will be generated jointly by the University of Illinois and the vendor/production company. All programming will be produced in conjunction with the University of Illinois. Programming must be shot in High Definition. The Big Ten Conference will own the rights to all programming.
